For many the events eight years ago on September 11th 2001 seem like decades in the past while for others, there are daily reminders of loss and tragedy. While it has been said, “Time heals all wounds”, we shall also “Never Forget”.
We at VacationHomesforCharity.org would like to take a moment and dedicate this column
to the “First Annual 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance”.
While each of us will reflect on that day individually, we would request all who are reading this newsletter to consider the opportunity to “give back” in honor of those we lost on that day and to continue to help those in need each and every day. Many communities throughout the United States have activities to participate in on the 8th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Please visit: http://911dayofservice.org/
The site allows visitors to learn about events in their community, volunteer, donate, support and learn about the events of that horrific day. We request you take the opportunity to share your story on how you will honor the victims of 9/11, our men and women serving our country protecting us daily and embrace the opportunity to “give back, to honor and to NEVER FORGET”.
Thank you from the Staff of VacationHomesforCharity.org and TheSociety.com.
